As the fleet expands, they are seeking a Safety and Security Marine Superintendent to fortify and enrich the esteemed Hamburg-based Marine Team.
In this pivotal role, you'll champion safety protocols across vessels, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations. Responsibilities include supporting the Ship Security Officer, monitoring security equipment, and maintaining procedures. You'll lead security drills, develop training content, and oversee risk management processes. Additionally, you'll investigate security incidents and ensure the implementation of preventive measures for safety excellence.
Your profile:
- Experience: minimum Ship Security Officer (SSO), Security Officer, or Bridge Officer with a dedication to security, ideally in cruise or expedition ships.
- Possess practical knowledge of security operations, international rules, and ISPS.
- Demonstrate leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel and thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in English.
