We are looking for a Senior Waiter to join our exceptional F&B team on board. This role is critical in providing an outstanding dining experience, from ensuring smooth service operations to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests. The Senior Waiter will be responsible for knowing menu details, accurately taking and inputting orders, and delivering personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction. This position also involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the service area, assisting with special events, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified training in hospitality with at least 3 years of experience as a waiter, ideally including wine/beverage service, preferably onboard a cruise ship.
  • Strong knowledge of product offerings and restaurant operations, including USPH/HACCP standards.
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written, is essential.Proficiency in F&B order systems, such as Rescom and MXP, with a good educational background.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional appearance.

 

This role requires a team player who can handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests.
