Overview
Lead end-to-end ship repair projects within the Production team, reporting to the Production Manager.

Key Duties

  • Take ownership post-award; interpret specs, schedule, labour, and materials.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and ship’s team to deliver on time and cost.
  • Plan: timelines, labour loading, subcontractors, procurement.
  • Ensure QHSE/ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 compliance; complete QA package.
  • Manage variations and costs; achieve margin targets and agree final invoice.

Requirements

  • Ship repair/naval project management experience; engineering/mechanical/naval qualification.
  • MS Project/Excel/Word/PowerPoint (AutoCAD desirable).
  • Strong communication; fluent English (Spanish helpful).
  • Multitask, meet deadlines, work autonomously and in teams.
