We are currently recruiting for the role of Spa Manager, a key position responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service within the spa facilities. As the Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring a serene and rejuvenating environment for guests. Your leadership will guide the spa team to deliver exceptional services, from hair styling to advanced spa treatments. This role is critical in upholding the luxury standard of the cruise line and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist.
• Expertise in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and perming for both men and women.
• Proven knowledge of spa operations, including body anatomy and physiology.
• Previous experience managing a spa department, ideally on a cruise ship.
• Fluent in English, with strong customer service skills and basic IT proficiency.
