Your role is integral in ensuring guests feel pampered and well-cared-for throughout their journey.
Requirements:
- Experience in the (river) cruise industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills, with strong communication and empathy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, work well in a team, and exhibit flexibility.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages, such as German, are a plus.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and independence are essential.
