To support their continued success, they are looking for a Technical Superintendent to join their team in Athens, Greece. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical management and operational performance of the company’s fleet of oil, chemical, and tanker vessels. Your duties will include ensuring vessels are maintained to the highest standards, conducting regular inspections and audits, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with both internal and regulatory requirements. You will also liaise with the crew, shipyards, and suppliers to guarantee the smooth operation of the vessels and resolve any technical issues promptly.
 

To be considered for this position, you must have:
 

  • At least 2 years of sailing experience as a Chief Engineer or Senior Engineer.
     
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent within the maritime industry.
     
  • Solid knowledge of oil, chemical, and tanker vessel operations, including relevant regulatory requirements.
     
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
     
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in English.
