As a Technical Superintendent, you'll organise technical operations for the vessels with precision. Your role involves overseeing maintenance and performance, blending screen time with strategic travel. Your planning skills shine as you coordinate refits, ensuring timely execution. You're the linchpin in warranty support, swiftly resolving technical issues. Your commitment to safety is evident in verifying compliance through ISM inspections. Your technical expertise guides vessel performance optimization and upholds reliability standards through regular inspections.
To be eligible for this role you must have the following:
- Yacht sailing experience, preferably as Chief or Second Engineer.
- Commercial vessel sailing experience a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong conversational ability in German.
- European citizenship or right to work in the EU.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
