Our client is renowned for delivering exceptional service, and this role is vital in ensuring that guests have unforgettable experiences during their excursions.

 

As a Tour Expert, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue and guest satisfaction by offering compelling tour packages and providing assistance during local excursions. You will establish and maintain relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing sales opportunities. Your role involves organizing and overseeing excursions from start to finish, ensuring that all activities adhere to the highest safety and service standards. Additionally, you will monitor guest activities during tours, address any issues or complaints, and work closely with the Tour Manager to continuously improve the guest experience.

 

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma in Tourism or Languages; a degree in related fields is highly valued.
  • Experience in sales or as a Tour Operator is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (B2 level); knowledge of two additional languages at B2/C1 level is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills and computer literacy.
  • Enthusiastic, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
